Generation credit

Model work, at cost-plus. Or on your own key.

A model is called when a simulation is created: to read the spec, work out the data model and write seed records. After that the engine runs without one, so request handling and schedules never touch your credit.

Prepaid packs

Charged at the model provider’s token price plus 50%. Every generation shows its cost in your usage log. Credit lasts 12 months.

Bring your own key

Connect an Anthropic, OpenAI or OpenRouter key and generation runs on your account with the provider. No credit needed. Keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and never shown again.

When am I charged?

Monthly, in advance, when you subscribe and then on the same date each month. No plan is activated until payment succeeds. Prices are in US dollars.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from the billing portal. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for and are not charged again. We do not refund part-used months when you cancel for convenience.

Do prices include VAT?

No. Prices exclude VAT and similar taxes. Where we have to charge VAT it is added at checkout. Business customers outside the UK can enter a VAT or tax ID to apply the reverse charge.

Is there a free plan?

No. Payment up front is one of our abuse controls: it keeps throwaway accounts off a platform that hosts public URLs and calls language models. Every new subscription gets $2 of generation credit to get started.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro rata for the rest of the month. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

What happens if I hit a limit?

Requests over your monthly allowance get a 429 with the code monthly_quota; bursts over the per-minute limit get a 429 with a Retry-After header. Existing simulations keep their data. Upgrade at any time to lift the limit.

Do you offer refunds?

Unused credit can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Subscription refunds are pro rata where we are at fault. The refund policy has the detail.

Do you sell to consumers?

No. Slurry is sold to businesses only, so by subscribing you confirm you are acting for a business.
